Friends of Scenic 180 was formed in 2019 by concerned members of the Squaw Valley community. We understand how keeping a rural area’s feel is important and that any development should complement that feel and further beautify its surroundings. We also care about California State Scenic Highway 180, which runs through our communities, and we are working to preserve it.
We partnered with the non-profit Sierra Gateway Trust in 2022 and have joined forces in these efforts. We are proud of the art sculpture at The Trading Center, the beginning of the Squaw Valley / Dunlap Art Trail.
To support our mission and goals please join our group or donate funds for more art.
